Hello,

I am using a Mac running big sur, and am having the same issues outlined here:

I am only seeing a blank screen, and am unable to complete the last step of sending the preset to my device because all of my windows are blank.

Any suggestions?

I also wonder if upgrading to the new Mac OS, Monterey, would potentially fix my problem?

update: I downloaded the new version of the preset editor from this link:

However, when I go to load your package, it says “Preset file is not compatible with this version of the editor”

Hey thanks for your business Henry. It seems the newest versions of Mac have been hit and miss in the audio industry, with some companies adopting the new architecture, and while other programs/software do not work at all.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, it is out of my hands 🙁

For clarification, this Oxygen Pro Preset works great on Windows, and earlier versions of Mac.
