Hi Riley!
Is this because It possibly only selects notes that are currently showing in the channel rack
Only one section of one instrument is being affected when I select all & transpose selected in the channel rack.
Thanks in advance! Dan

To transpose in FL Studio, you open up the Piano Roll, and use CTRL + UP.
If you highlight only certain notes, only those notes will move up a full octave.
If you just want to move up one note, then you can use SHIFT + UP / DOWN.
Is this what you were asking?
Is that how you solved it as well?Β Let me know if you want further explanation or have further questions about how to transpose notes in FL Studio or how to move notes up and down in the piano roll!

I seem to have stumbled on something which is possibly new in FL which is awesome:
Have the ability to Transpose everything almost in one go:
1 Go to Playlist dropdown menu & enable picker panel.
2 CTRL-Multi-select ALL you want to transpose.
3 Right-Click ANY from selected, hit TRANSPOSE
This transposes all selected on 1 go!April 13, 2024 at 6:57 am #94790danielThanks again for your website it’s brilliant!

TheΒ Transpose option is also available in the normal pattern drop-down menu in the top of the FL Studio Toolbar.. but it DOES NOT allow the option of MULTI-SELECT like you mentioned.
Very cool tip Daniel!
I accidently hit 57 instead of 5.. and it moved up my notes from C5 to like A9 π
Keep in mind, transposing doesn’t always work seamlessly.. you may have to adjust the odd note so it goes back in its key & scale.Β (I teach that in Piano Lessons for Producers).
Thank-you for your membership.. awesome to have you around over the years!! π
