- No making the courses, downloads, and membership materials and resources available to the public.
- No tampering with your account to find bugs for malicious intent.
- No disrespecting other users or bullying. (This is a safe environment to accelerate as a music producer.)
Users and Members understand that their account is licensed to them.
Users are given the right to sign in and access their downloads and other purchases they have made on https://itsGratuiTous.com.
If a User has an active Membership Subscription, members gain access to the membership materials like streaming all course videos, tracking their course progression, and using the forum to ask questions.
If a Membership Subscription turns to not active, a User account will still exist, which retains to access its products purchased, downloads, and order history. Any course progression made remains on the account if a User decides to reactive their Membership Subscription to continue watching the courses.
While you were a Member, if you downloaded any special member-only resources, you still have the right to use them under the terms of the license agreement included when downloaded.
https://itsGratuiTous.com reserves the right to reset all users course progression, or switch course training software at any time, but users will be notified prior to any major changes like this. (The beatmaking training platform is on version 2 now, as this happened to users on version 1.. I do not see https://itsGratuitous.com switching course training software any time soon, all is good for users).
You understand and agree that you do not own any content within your profile. You may request GratuiTous remove ALL of your personal details in compliance with GDPR.
Additionally, you understand that in the case https://itsGratuiTous.com ceases to exist, that all information on your profile will be gone, and unrecoverable. You will lose the ability to access any courses, purchases, or resources previously available to you.
