How Do You Think God Sees You?

Micah 6'6-7

Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?

Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:6-8)

Where is your heart at the end of the day? Everyone is focused on this and that, serving here, “being a better person there”, but God wants our heart for Him, and not for man.

Interesting scripture! This shows us what God really wants. To do what’s right, have compassion on others even when we can’t stand it, and most of all, look at ourselves through God’s eyes.

Micah 6'8

How do you look at yourself, then think of how God looks at you through His eyes. If you are unsure, I’ll leave you with this line.

The Lord despises sin, but His mercy is greater than all the grains of sand you can count on a beach! God hates the sin, but loves the sinner. Now read that question again!
